Betrayal
by Harold Pinter
This had an interesting structure, where we begin at the ending and then work backwards to the happy beginning. You can't really celebrate the beginning though because you know how it's going to build and then unravel. I think that, even though this was written and takes place in the 1970s, this could still work really well as a contemporary performance. All the characters and issues are still relatable 50 years later.
