I do still very much enjoy these books.
Personal problem: I got bogged in the big, epic battle. It's written well, but fight scenes don't engage my brain easily, and there are a lot of those here; I do the same style of conking out when I try to watch Marvelverse movies. It took me most of the time since this book's release to get through all the action. There's always a significant dose, but I like Harry best when he's weighing good and evil and what's worth defending and what's worth sacrifice and how to define one's identity.
But this volume takes the story where it's going - very few complaints but personal taste for where my imagination spends its time.
