Full disclosure, I was SCARED to read this, I thought it was overhyped and I would hate it, but I am disappointed at how long this sat on my shelf before I finally got the courage to read it... I am at a loss for words for how fantastic this book is, I enjoyed it more than I could have ever imagined. I 10000% understand the hype!
From the first to final page, I was hooked.
As a beginner fantasy reader, I appreciated the world building, it helped me truly understand. Everything was written and explained so well.
I loved all the characters, sometimes had a love/hate relationship with Feyre but for the most part it was love. Unpopular opinion, I seriously love Tamlin so much, but don’t get me started on Lucien and RHYSSS!!!! He had me feeling all sorts of feelings hehe.
Can’t wait to continue the series! BRB Immediately purchasing book two!
