I am still determining what bothered me about this book. I enjoyed much of the advice. towards the end, the book changed tones. it uses 'spirit animal' for a personality chapter which is several pages long. I also found it got more and more hetero toward the end. "lgbtq+ sisters and brothers' after a "we" statement which makes it sound as if she assumes her audience is all straight folks. maybe I didn't notice this happening until the end while it was occurring throughout - but whichever it was - it is very noticeable in the book.
