I really, really loved this one! It has all the cosy, romantic vibes of Laura Wood's books, with the very welcome addition of the fantasy elements and morally dubious faeries, but what really pushed it up there for me was the ways it engages with themes of privilege, class, and disability. It's such a compassionate book and one that really resonated with me. Definitely going to read the rest of the series!
