Don't Let Me Fall by Kelsie Rae

This was a really cute, quick, fun read! A contemporary romance (involvong sports, hockey) with more emphasis on the relationship development and personal growth than the sport, as there are rare mentions of it. I loved this one! I'm so glad I bought the ebook bundle when it was on sale because this was a read well worth it!
I really enjoyed the tension and the build-up to the endgame relationship. Ash dating Logan made me want to throw up and scream and slap her all at the same time, but I also understood where she was coming from with her loyalty and desiring someone to love her, and he had the wool pulled over her eyes. I was definitely wary of all of the guys at first because they all knew how much he was cheating on her and did nothing about it, yet they kept saying how good she was. It made me not like them or a lot of people on that campus because no one was telling her that her boyfriend was a cheater. But they partially redeemed themselves pretty quickly by telling Logan how wrong he was and how, once she found out and moved on, it would all be his fault and he couldn't complain about it. I'm hoping to see them grow more in the next books because I want to like them and I want them to get their HEAs, but I don't think that kind of behavior makes them worthy of it. But I am very excited for Theo and Blakely's book!!! Speaking of tension! (Though I am sort of confused on the timeline lol because Blakely was attending Community College and going to LAU the next semester, but she already moved in with Ash and the girls. So I guess I'm assuming that she is still attending JuCo while living there.)
I absolutely loved Colt from the get-go. I was nervous about how his dark horse attitude was going to come into play, but he always treated Ash well and with respect and told her how worthy she was of something better. His past was extremely sad and made me want to hug him every time it was mentioned, but I was so looking forward to him healing and truly knowing that it wasn't his fault and that he could move forward with his life and become something without feeling guilty about it. It was also extremely cathartic when he decked Logan. That made me very happy and giddy, and the feet may have been kicking.
