Ring For Jeeves by P.G. Wodehouse

4.0

Really enjoyed this, and must have read it before but I didn't remember it at all. No Bertie - he's lent Jeeves to his friend Bill. It's a bit different in that it's post-WW2 and there's a different feeling to it, the former idle rich are now all having to work for a living. The characters are great, the structure of the story is pitch-perfect for maximising chaos for the protagonists, and laughs for the reader.
