Pretty Little Liars meets Serial in this attention-gripping thriller. I am a huge fan of murder mysteries and I could not put this down. I’m much less a fan of true crime, and I do believe this does a great job to exemplify exactly why some issue exist with true crime and what problems arise when you open that can of worms you probably weren’t bargaining for when impersonating an investigative journalist or detective. That being said, I loved this book. I had a ball reading it. I was trying to figure out the killer, looking this way, that way, and I thought it was very creative. The apprehension had me at the edge of my seat with each chapter. If you’re a fan of a good mystery that is not too heavy on the gore, this is the one for you.
