I read all the books in this series over the course of a weeklong fever dream. This first one truly delivers some satisfying angst, and I don’t know if I’m just in a weird emotional place right now but I cried TWICE while reading it?? And like. I love a monster romance, but I gotta be frank when I say that the smut in these books is genuinely SO GOOD despite probably being some of the GROSSEST that I have read!!! Fucking orcs, man.
