Tangerine by Christine Mangan

I devoured this book- I found myself constantly thinking about it, to the point of having dreams about it. I loved the authors writing, the descriptions are beautifully encapsulating of the mood in each moment as she unfolds before us, the winding and twisting plot. I thought the author was expert with how she managed to lead the reader through the story, through the memories and scheming that interludes the main narrative, to slowly build the foreboding sense of something deeply askew.
