Beth and Amy by Virginia Kantra

3.0

After reading Meg & Jo, I was very happy to find out there is also a Beth & Amy to round out the March sisters’ modern-day story.

It’s a few years after the other book, and we’re now following Beth and Amy through their contemporary situations … and situation-ships.

Marmee also has just a few chapters dedicated to her perspective (which was not an element in Meg & Jo).

I will say that I fell more into the story lines in the book about Meg & Jo, but it’s the March sisters, and you certainly can’t read one book without the other. This second book was a satisfying companion.
