This one is perfect for just tearing through. The first few chapters lean a little bit too much on the marvel or Aaron sorkin style of witty banter and quips between the two main characters but after that they fall into a more emotionally open pattern. It’s not groundbreaking in any way but it is a really fun read, although the politics sometimes reach so far into escapism that it’s a reminder of what it’s responding to in the real world and so misses its goal.
Also would say that generally the Brit accent is alright but the queen almost sounded Scottish.
