I'm not 100% sold on this, since I am a triathlete and prefer to run bike and swim. So when he said cardio shmardio I got all wiggy. However, I have like 10 or so pounds of fat to lose and a lot of muscle to build, so I may try this. I am also a vegetarian so I think I might ignore the food part, and just stick with the concept of eating a ton more protein per meal per day. That's always a good thing too though, since I'm an athlete.
Currently I don't have access to a gym or any weights, so I'll wait until Aug when I will have access to these items, and I'll give it a go.
