The title is very arresting, and I adore the poem it's named after. Traveling west to create a new life, to find joy after loss is a very energizing concept but I found the organization here clunky. I don't feel like there's as much of a journey here. It's not a lack of talent I think, as there are many brilliant poems, it's just inconsistent.
