Strike Me Down by Mindy Mejia
4.0
7/10
I've never heard of forensic accounting but turns out that is the coolest profession ever and I wish I could be that. I spent most of this book being fascinated that that sort of job exists (at least in fiction) and what the MC did in that role and trying to figure out who done it. However as the book went on things got more and more out of hand and confusing and by the end I was like "what even just happened in this book". A fast-paced thriller different from any I've read before but you might hit the end and be like wtf just happened.
TW: murder, infidelity, attempted murder, abusive relationship
