I saw this on twitter when Epic Reads posted a book birthday pic yesterday. The title drew my attention, as did the synopsis. I really enjoyed this book. You'll hate Alice sometimes, but I realized that is what made this book great. She isn't a Mary Sue. She's unapologetically who she is, and she's a 16 year old with a death sentence. I know some won't like the dualing pov's also set in two different time periods, and it can be a little confusing. But all in all I enjoyed it.
