The Watchmaker of Filigree Street
by Natasha Pulley
dark
emotional
slow-paced
Well written with an ambiguous love interest and interesting characters. The ending felt a bit sensational and not in keeping with the thoughtful writing and slower pace of the rest of the book. Sometimes featured stereotypical depictions of Asian characters which was off-putting.
