Oy I wanted to like this one, but I just thought it felt pretty flat. The ML was written as like "Oh wow look how nerdy I am but I'm *still* cool and blah blah" and I just didn't buy it. I kind of wanted to punch him in the face tbh. FL was fine. Honestly I'm in these books for the depictions of Seattle.

I'm disappointed because this is one of my favorite tropes (long time friends, etc). I just kind of...didn't believe it.

Also the ferris wheel scene? Come one. Why.
