The Never Have I Ever Club by Mary Jayne Baker

Rating 3.0
ex's brother. friends to lover. Next door neighbour romance. LGBT+ side character.

Robyn is heartbroken when she is dumped by Ash so he can go off to Australia to 'find himself' and he manages to find his way into a relationship with a girl significantly younger than Robyn. Learning to cope with her heartbreak Robyn sets up a club for local people in her town to join and they all try stuff they have never done before. After reacquainting with Robyn, Ash's Brother Will joins the club and they grow closer until Ash suddenly returns from Australia with the goal of winning Robyn back.

Firstly I have never been more infuriated by a character than I have of Ash. How many times does a person need to be told no before he can finally take the hint! saying this Ash probably had the most character development throughout the entire book.
I found it frustrating that no matter how many awful Ash did in order to try win Robyn back, Will always found a way to excuse his behaviour or to forgive him.
I found myself constantly empathising with Robyn because her ex won't leave her alone and his brother is constantly asking her to give him another chance.
There were a few plots twists that I did not see coming and the story wasn't entirely predicable. There were moments of humour and it was a good book if you needed out of a reading slump. While the book was a decent read I probably wouldn't read it again
