Rounded down from an average of 3.93 based on my ratings of the individual issues included here. I really liked a lot of the material in this arc, but the ending—which I actually really liked—felt abrupt and a bit unearned; I think maybe this collection should have included more of the tie-in issues to give readers a bigger scope of the Fear State. Instead, I’m left reading the tie-ins after this, which maybe isn’t an ideal reading order.
