This has been in my to read list for a very long time haha. I finally chanced across it in a thrift store and I'm quite happy I did.
The glimpses of the past add background and depth to the story. Each character feels like a real person while you're reading. I enjoy a good romance that is almost love at first sight, but still works up to it. I can't wait to read the next book in the series and see how the situation is resolved throughout the series.
