Reading this was an intense, intimate experience that felt much more personal than a memoir. The story of Patti and Robert was a true homage to the essence of being an artist, especially together and especially in the time and place they rose to fame. I found myself getting extremely emotional as I read along because of the connection I felt with both Patti and Robert. There’s something really special about reading a story of well earned love and success. Really beautiful to read, especially as an artist.
