informative inspiring reflective medium-paced

I read this book for a book club at my therapy clinic. While I'm a big fan of mindfulness and radical acceptance, this book bored me at times and a lot of the time I wanted it to be over already. I did take away some good pieces of information, but I was not the biggest fan of everything else.

I feel like the first few chapters made the biggest impact on me and the rest of the book was nearly useless.

Still, I wrote some good notes down for my discussion with my fellow therapists!
