Dragon Ever After by Louisa Masters

This was fun.
I think it's part of a series or an offshoot of one. I've read one of the other books but not the whole lot and this stood up well on its own.
I really enjoyed the melodramatic silliness of the dragons and they way they took a small idea and ran with it until it was huge event. The interactions with Steffan were amongst my favourite.
In other stories I've read, dragons are portrayed as very serious etc so this was a lovely departure.
