This book was very suspenseful and gripping and I finished it very fast. It was horror so somewhat unenjoyable but also a good and quick read. Definitely not for the faint of heart. I could’ve gone without some of the really messed up stuff. The author could’ve contributed to the plot in a way that wasn’t so traumatizing. It was also frustrating no one believed Patricia. I would’ve liked a bit more of a happy ending that they worked it out together / acknowledgment from someone else. Ultimately bittersweet ending. I am not sure I would recommend knowing what happens now but it was like it’s so bad you can’t look away
