Aida Gallo & Callum Griffin.
My first Sophie Lark book and I enjoyed it! It is a true enemies-to-lovers romance, as Aida & Callum were from rival mafias before their arranged marriage. It was an easy fast read. I’m surprised the main villain turned out to beAida’s ex-BF Oliver, rather than the Ukrainian mafia guy . I liked how Aida & Callum’s relationship developed into them trusting each other and rescuing each other from life-threatening circumstances. The book would be even better if it was more emotional and had I been able to connect to the characters more. A good start to the series!
