Radical Candor: Be a Kickass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity by Kim Malone Scott

challenging informative inspiring medium-paced

4.0

There is a large amount of repetitiveness throughout the middle chunk of this book, a lot of what you need to learn is in the beginning and end sections of the book, and could basically serve as a reference manual of about 75 pages worth of content.

With that said, the context gained from reading all of the examples and explanations is valuable and I think that even if you don't drink the Kool Aid and post the graph in your office, anyone who is in or wants to be in management should give this a thorough read and take notes.

You and your team will be better off for it.
