I love the concept of the gender fluid society. Was a little intimidating to read at first but the author does a really good job at making everything easy to follow. A really interesting take on a classic concept of dragons, riders, and the bonds between them. Was definitely a slow start but worth the push through. I’m interested to see how the series progresses as it seems this book was very heavy on the world building and is clearly just setting up for “something more to come”.
