Okay so it may be weird that I didn't finish this but rated it two stars. However this is not a bad book. Contemporaries tend to be hit or miss for me. They usually suck me in or just don't work at all for me. This book is one of those books for me.
I know that another reviewer has compared the writing in this book to John Green's and I would have to say I agree. Which is not a bad thing at all but his writing does not always work for me in certain aspects. The similarities Alisaid shares with Green are the ones that I dislike.
I would say give this book a try because you may enjoy it more than I did. I've just learned when there's so many books I want to read, there is no point in forcing myself to finish a book I don't care for.
