I feel like this book achieved everything that Mark Manson could not in “Everything is F*cked” depicting a grim world and finding hope despite it. Haig here drew from own his experiences, referring to all the things that helped him and his depression. It did not pretend to be anything that it wasn’t, and explained everything in short, easy chapters. The fact that it was very readable was also very helpful
