Pastworld by Ian Beck

3.0

I didn't know what to expect after reading the inside flap and looking at the cover. Whatever I thought, it wasn't what I got. Pastworld is a bio-bubble in reverse, reverting a small part of the world back to the Victorian days as an all inclusive theme park where not everyone is entertained, especially those not employed by the Buckland Corperation, the owners of Pastworld.

The story was enjoyable and surprising. I wasn't expecting the ending. The mix of character view points and writing styles sometimes threw me off. The ending was a little abrupt in the wrap up. I enjoyed it but wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
