I’m gonna rate the book 5/5 for the effect: first time in my life, during listening to the book - I gave 2 days fasting a try. Then 1h of eating, and again 2 days of fasting. So like in 100 hours of fasting only 1 hour of food. And the difficulty? So easy, 2/10. I feared much worse.

What I really liked about this book where a lot of stories in between, how people tried fasting and what was their experience. This added so much flavor to the “dry” theory books are usually full of. Very nice serving (of wisdom).
