Ummm this was a lot. Like A LOT. It was good but it wasn’t great. I’ve read a lot of Frieda McFadden’s books and this one doesn’t even make my top 3 or top 5 lol. She’s definitely low on the roster. I liked it but I didn’t LOVE it. For those that know, know, Frieda is that girl but this just wasn’t her best. The fact that it took me a whole week to finish actually speaks volumes because typically with a Frieda book I’ll devour it. This felt more like a chore at times :/ little disappointed but I’ve also read and DNF’d worse.
