I Might Regret This: Essays, Drawings, Vulnerabilities, and Other Stuff by Abbi Jacobson

2.0

Rounded up from 1.5 because I do like Abbi Jacobson. But I did not like this book. It just felt like endless rambles slapped together with some art that was presented under this guise of a “road trip” theme that was really just underwhelming in most aspects. I think this book could’ve benefited from a point—because it felt like there wasn’t one. Even in its highlights, there wasn’t really anything nuanced or unique in the perspectives she shared. It all just felt a little bland. I feel sorry to have disliked this book as much as I did!
