This is the story of Bobby, a 15 year old who wakes up one more and finds himself invisible. He can't go to school or talk to any of his friends, but he does meet and develop a friendship with a blind girl named Alicia. At first Alicia doesn't know that Bobby is invisible, but once she does, she sets out to help him become visible again.
Over the course of a few weeks, Bobby attempts to learn how he developed his condition and how it can be reversed. He also learns how to deal with his condition and how it's changed his life.
This book is on our curriculum, but I don't know if I'm going to teach it. It's pretty sci-fi and I'm not sure that all my students would like it. But I will recommend it and make it available because I think quite a few of my students will like it.
