Atheists Who Kneel and Pray by Tarryn Fisher

3.0

I’ve been wanting to read this book for a long time, probably since it came out, due to the title and the cover. I kinda fell in love at first sight with the cover. Anyways, though I’ve only read one other book by Tarryn (The Wives), I follow her on Instagram and look forward to TWT every week and I saw so many recommendation on this book on PNL group so my expectations were really high.

I have mixed emotions about this book. I like the writing. I kinda like the plot too; an artist looking for a muse and finds a girl who just wants a casual relationship. Girl breaks his heart and the artist get inspired. A game of mouse and cat and they get their HEA. But what annoys me the most is the female character; sometime she sounds reasonable and very mature but most of the times she is so annoying I have to skip all her narratives. And I guess thus the 3 stars.
