This is incredibly informative and useful. Sleep is one of the most overlooked, but vital pieces of our overall health. It helped me reevaluate how much I value sleep. I was amazed at the outcomes of many of the studies he discusses and how the demonstrate the ways good sleep benefits us. I knocked him down a star because he indulges in a little bit of fear mongering about medication (both sleep & ADHD meds). He tempers it somewhat, but people who really do need meds already face enough shame so I didn't love that. All in all its a valuable read, and the audiobook was really lovely listen.
