I somehow didn't expect to enjoy it this much. I liked the similarities with The Idiot (but maybe I just tried to see a connection where there is none)
I think the point Dostoevsky was trying to make is that pride is the biggest of all sins. They all suffer because of their pride. Most of the things they could have avoided but their pride...
Also I am still wondering why Nellie who persuaded and pushed everyone around her to forgive, couldn't forgive till the end.
