annen 's review for:
Interborough
by Santino Hassell
This book was a great reminder of the work that comes after love and that love alone no matter how great is not enough glue to bind people together.
It was exceptional in its authenticity of emotions as well as reactions.
Seeing Raymond and David struggle through loving each other but not being able to unteather themselves from the leashes of life brought reality in romance that is often overlooked. I liked how Santino created a situation where there was no bad guy between the MCs just circumstances that needed to be changed and that they were wholesomely changed to give as a sweet HEA.
Santino hassell books are hard to put down even as simple as they seem.
