Good Girl, Bad Blood by Holly Jackson

5.0

Yet again, Holly Jackson tried to get me to cry with this book. While I was hysterically sobbing with the first book of this series, I managed to make it through this one with just tears in my eyes. Every book Holly Jackson writes is so compelling, page-turning, and all-encompassing. The minutes reading quickly turn to hours, and before you know it, it's all over.

This book was heart-wrenching, so deeply profound, among so many other things. I cannot find the words to describe how speechless my mind feels after such a refreshing end to a lovely book. This story redefined good and bad while pushing the boundaries of morality. It eloquently described the feelings of the main character, breathing the character off of the page and into my reality.

I cannot wait to read the third of this trilogy, wondering what the main character will uncover in her next mystery. Although, I am sure... I will cry.
