Murder Crossed Her Mind by Stephen Spotswood
5.0
I love Parker as a narrator and I love that she I don't understand why she felt the need to hide the fact that she was mugged from Pentecost, but I understand how it added to the narrative later on.
I also love Pentecost. It is heartbreaking to see her try to stave off the ravages of her disease while still being at the prime of her intellectual career.
As a series we are moving closer to the time of the lavender scare, the ending pretty much offers a hint as to what is to come; but as heartbreaking as that will be, I can't wait to read book number 5!
