Cold Threat by Nancy Mehl
(Ryland and St. Clair #2)
4 out of 5 stars
When Tony's father wants to look into murders that started 24 years earlier, River and Tony head to Iowa to write a profile for The Snowman.
This book was even better than the first in the series. We learn more about the characters and their pasts. The action was more intense, and the storyline dug deeper. Overall, this was a great thriller that kept me engaged.
The Christian element was a bit preachy, in my opinion, but it didn't distract me to the point of annoyance. I really liked that there was no sex scenes or foul language, so I'm willing to take that trade-off.
I would recommend this to my friends who enjoy clean reading thrillers.
I read this book on Kindle but could not find the edition on StoryGraph.
