If you are interested in learning about creative schools, this guy has done the research. He's also been a part of many school reforms. There's much more in this book than you'll find in his TedTalk, which is great because so often I find the book is just an extraneous version of what you could get by watching the 20 minute lecture. This is not so much the case here because he really gives many case examples from many different places.
