The fourth in the series, this one adds little to the existing formula that wasn't achieved by the previous books. In general it was touching but failed to develop any of the recurring characters meaningfully and only lightly explored the time travellers. A lot of death regrets in this one, but it still tended towards the lightly heartstring pulling feeling of earlier books.
