I think I liked this the best of the first three books, although there were times I was a little bored, I found myself always wanting to read more.
I liked Clary and Jaces development throughout this book and how Clary finally made some smarter decisions.
I am so grateful that thedamn incest plot line is over. I was very happy to learn the Clary and Jace are not in fact siblings. And the scene where Jace stabs Sebastian in the back was SO satisfying.
Overall, it was a little long (but I’m training myself for the final book of TMI) but I did still enjoy it and am excited to read the rest of the series.
