paperbackmo 's review for:
Reasons to Stay Alive
by Matt Haig
My first non-fiction by Matt Haig and it did not disappoint
Also mentioned in my September Wrap Up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AlhELBJVU2k
Matt Haig's writing style is something to be admired and I now know that this extends to his non-fiction too.
So genuine and so much honesty is poured into this.
If you suffer from or know someone that suffers from depression and/or anxiety this is a must read.
