The Bullet That Missed by Richard Osman
4.0

Another strong entry! I've been really enjoying these mainly for the quirky characters and humor. The plot, at times, gets a little absurd and I have to suspend my disbelief a bit when they are investigating, but I have such a fun time that I don't really mind. Joyce and Ibrahim continue to be such a delight and I don't want anything bad to happen to them! Other shootouts go to the love story between two characters. I thought it was very cute and am excited to see more of them next book.
