I intend to finish the series, but am not really enjoying it. There are so many pieces and parts with potential - especially potential for me as the reader to not hate Valroy, but he doesn't have many redeeming qualities.
I also find it offensive that in each book, one character or another thinks or says derogatory things about Christianity. I have never had an issue with characters in a book I'm reading having different views or religion, or none at all. But I see no reason to malign any other beliefs.
