The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger

3.0

You find real pleasure and happiness in the small details in life, and the rest of your life goes with the system and what is decided for you, not so happy about the system, although you miss it when it’s gone( you became used to it). And you feel all sort of bad emotions while you are in the system, and when you leave it you’re even more miserable. And you just wanna be the catcher in the rye( that reminds of old Anny in Attack On Titan how she just wanted to live simple life and how she thought that you don’t always have to make a big difference and be special, and Holden saw those who wanted to be special and all as phonies and he didn’t wanna be a phony). There was a time when he was rotten and lonesome, I was that too, I felt too relatable.
