After reading Practice Makes Perfect, I HAD to read Amelia and Noah's story immediately. This was such a sweet small town romance. The entire plot was a modern version of the movie Roman Holiday, so if you love that movie, I highly recommend this!
Both Amelia and Noah were lovable characters that I want to see be happy. Noah's grumpiness was adorable. It was fun to see the difference between Noah in PMP and Noah in the beginning of When in Rome.
What I loved and appreciated most about this and so far in all of Sarah's books is that the two MCs communicate with each other. Amelia and Noah let each other know their hesitations and their fears up front and respect the other's wants and choices. There's no 3rd act breakup here, just a wholesome love between a pop singer and a pie baker.
